We understand that when your workwear doesn’t meet expectations, you need solutions that work as hard as you do.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you adequate time to ensure your workwear meets your professional standards.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flame Resistant Clothing – Due to specialized safety standards and certification requirements
  • Flame Resistant Accessories – Subject to the same safety regulations as flame resistant garments
  • Headwear (Baseball Caps, Beanie Hats, Brimmed Hats, Ear Warmers) – For hygiene reasons

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Items you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific item)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items including:

  • All original tags and packaging
  • Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of reshipping your new items.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
