All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Free Shipping: Available for orders $50+ via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

5.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from our store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unwashed and unworn
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Flame Resistant Clothing and Accessories (due to specialized safety standards)
• Headwear (Baseball Caps, Beanie Hats, Brimmed Hats, Ear Warmers) for hygiene reasons

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Receive Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
3. Package items securely with all original tags and documentation

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the cost of reshipping your new items.
